This immersive installation for Yorkdale transformed the retail environment through a monumental 12-foot illuminated horse sculpture designed as a striking visual centerpiece for Lunar New Year celebrations.
The sculpture combined advanced 3D printing, custom plastic fabrication, and an internal metal structure to create a dynamic large-scale art installation. Suspended translucent red ribbon elements representing movement, depth, and theatrical atmosphere throughout the interior. The project also included a custom illuminated podium with Yorkdale branding and floor vinyl graphics inspired by Lunar New Year zodiac themes. Fire-retardant materials and engineered fabrication ensured both safety and durability within the high-traffic commercial environment.
Combining experiential design, immersive décor, lighting integration, and large-scale sculptural fabrication, the installation created an engaging visitor experience and a highly shareable visual destination.
