Can I request a custom design?

Our decorations are created using a combination of various technologies, including proprietary unique techniques. We utilize modern equipment such as laser cutting machines, 3D printers, CNC machines. Additionally, a significant part of the production process involves the meticulous handcraft of artists, sculptors, airbrush artists, and decorators. The synergy of these factors, combined with artistic and creative vision, allows us to create unique art pieces.

Our decorations can be made from a variety of materials, including fabric, paper, cardboard, foam, plastic, and wood, and can also have a protective coating for maximum durability. Each material has its own unique characteristics and advantages. That’s why, to provide you with the highest quality service, we need to know where, for how long, and under what conditions the decorations will be used. Additionally, we need to determine whether people will have direct access and interaction with them, whether they will be exposed to weather conditions, and other relevant factors.

The standard timeframe for project completion is usually 10-21 days. However, deadlines are most often discussed based on the volume and complexity of the order. Some large-scale installations require longer production times, while smaller orders can be completed within a shorter timeframe. It is also important to consider production workload during peak seasons.

Rental Information

Thank you for your interest in renting our silk floral decorations.

Our floral arrangements are available for rent in Ontario and Quebec. Please review the important information regarding the use and care of rented decorations.

Use of Floral Decorations:

  • Silk floral decorations cannot be used in inclement weather, particularly during strong winds or rain.If rain is forecasted on the scheduled rental date, the client must relocate the flowers indoors.
  • If the weather deteriorates and it starts raining after the decorations have been set up, the client must move the flowers indoors to avoid damage.
  • If the client is unable to move the flowers indoors, the deposit for the cancellation will not be refunded. The deposit can be transferred to another event on a different date.

Preservation of Floral Decorations:

  • It is prohibited to disassemble or move the decorations independently, except in emergency weather conditions.
  • The client must return the flowers in the same condition as they were received.

Damage to Floral Decorations:

  • In the event of damage to the flowers, the client must pay the repair costs.
  • If the flowers are beyond repair, the client must pay the full replacement cost.

Production Time:

  • The standard production time for decorations is 7 to 14 days.
  • Some orders may require additional time for production. Specific timeframes will be discussed individually for each order.

Delivery and Installation:

  • The cost of delivery and installation is calculated separately.
  • After the client provides all necessary details (delivery address, desired time, installation conditions), our manager will contact you to confirm the final cost and details.
  • Please note that local taxes may be applied by your country during delivery.
  • We are not responsible for the actions of shipping companies, extended delivery times, or any delays, as these are beyond our control and responsibility.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our company for renting floral decorations. Please review our return and refund policy:

Cancellation Terms:

  1. Cancellation 30 or more days before the rental date:
    • 100% refund of the deposit.
    • Alternatively, you can reschedule the rental to any other convenient date.
  2. Cancellation 15-30 days before the rental date:
    • 50% refund of the deposit.
  3. Cancellation less than 15 days before the rental date:
    • The deposit is non-refundable.
